Krisach Boutique Gallery retails fine merchandise from all over the world. We rely on our distributors to offer the best prices on the highest quality products. We inspect each item before it is sold at our physical shop as well as before it leaves for an online purchase. If you have any questions regarding the merchandise, please call us prior to purchasing to avoid any misunderstandings.
We accept several methods of payment for your convenience. Our preferred method is either Google Checkout (you need to have a Google account which is very simple at the time of checkout), or Paypal. You may also call us at (304) 712-5115 during store hours to pay by credit card over the phone. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's checks as well as personal checks all made payable to Krisach Boutique Gallery. Your item will not ship until the next shipping date after your payment is received through Google Checkout, Paypal, phone payment, or Money Order or Cashier's Check received in the mail. There will be a 5 business days delay in waiting for your personal check to clear before shipment will be made. We ship two days per week on Mondays and Fridays. We normally will ship via USPS, unless you request otherwise. Additonal shipping charges may apply for quicker delivery.
If we ship an item that is different than what you ordered, please call us immediately within 3 days of receiving the shipment, and we will exchange it for the correct item.
We add shipping insurance to each purchase in the event that the item reaches you damaged. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise damaged through shipment. We will help with a claims submission to recover your payment.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please call us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will offer either an exchange or a refund (refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee) if the item has not been used and is in original working condition and the tag is still attached. A copy of your payment should be attached. The buyer pays shipping and handling charges for all returns and reshipments regardless for exchange or refunds, unless the item originally shipped was not what the buyer originally purchased (that was our mistake).
